Tenth Update on Struklio

Apple approved 1.0.10 today, and it is a quieter update than the last few.

No new template, no new flow to learn.

Instead, this release is about a single question we kept running into while testing the builder ourselves: you tapped something, so where is the proof it worked?

Three separate spots in the app were asking users to take that on faith. 1.0.10 fixes all three, and speeds up how fast a template turns into a real, editable app along the way.

Duplicate a Product

If you are running an e-commerce app in Struklio, your catalog usually has products that are variations of each other – same item, different color, different size, same description with one line changed.

Until now, each one had to be built from scratch in the admin product manager.

1.0.10 adds a duplicate button to every product card.

Tap it and Struklio creates an exact copy – same price, image, stock, variants, everything – titled with “Copy” appended, and places it directly beneath the original in your list. Not at the bottom of a long catalog where you would have to go looking for it.

Then it opens straight into the editor.

That last part matters more than it sounds. A duplicate is never meant to stay identical to its source – you made it to change one thing. Landing you in the editor immediately, on the exact copy you just made, is both the fastest path to that edit and the clearest possible confirmation that the duplicate is real.

While we were in there, product cards also picked up low-stock and out-of-stock badges, so a shrinking inventory is visible from the list view instead of something you find out by opening each product.

The Storefront Now Catches Up Immediately

A related gap: change a product’s price, photo, or stock as an admin, and the storefront screen your customers actually see would keep showing the old version until the app reloaded.

The edit had saved. It just was not visible yet, which looks identical to it having failed.

In 1.0.10, the storefront product card is wired into the same live data as the admin manager. The moment a product is created, edited, or duplicated, the catalog your customers browse refreshes in place – no reload, no stale prices sitting on screen after you already fixed them.

A New Screen You Can Actually See

Struklio organizes screens into folders inside Manage Screens, and folders start collapsed to keep long apps easy to scan.

That worked against a very common action: create a new screen, and if its folder happened to be collapsed, the screen was added successfully but nothing on screen changed to show it. No new row, no scroll, no folder popping open. It looked like the tap did nothing.

1.0.10 fixes this the same way we fixed product duplication: when you create a screen, its destination folder now opens automatically and the list scrolls straight to the new row.

You see the screen you just made, immediately, without hunting for it.

One Tap From Template to Building

1.0.9 moved app naming into the builder itself, so creating a new app no longer needed a separate setup form asking for a name before you had seen anything.

1.0.10 finishes that cleanup. The intermediate screen that used to sit between picking a template and building – previewing what was included, confirming a name – is gone entirely. Tap a template, and Struklio starts creating your app immediately.

Fewer steps between deciding what you want to build and actually building it.

Why This Update Matters

None of these three fixes add a capability that was not already there. Duplication existed for screens before it existed for products. Products could already be created and edited. Screens could already be organized into folders.

What was missing was confirmation. When an app does not immediately show you the result of what you just did, the honest reaction is not “it must have worked” – it is to tap again, or assume something broke.

Building from a phone leaves no room for that kind of doubt. There is no console log to check, no page to hard-refresh out of habit. What you see after an action is the only evidence you get that it happened.

1.0.10 closes three places where that evidence was missing, and removes one more step between choosing a template and having something real to work with.
